Photovoltaic system business model

Total : 0

The Energy Division focuses on the development of renewable energy and our top priority is the photovoltaic systems. In our role as an investor, we promote the popularization of renewable energy applications at home and abroad, with long-term revenue streams and profit optimization as our primary financial goals.
In the domestic market, relying on the “Feed-in Tariffs” (FiT) mechanism, which allows the government to guarantee the purchase price and acquisition periods, the Energy Division is able to integrate abundant domestic solar energy industry supply chain resources and develop appropriate domestic PV locations.
By itself or by referral from other participants in the solar energy industry, our Energy Division leases the rooftops of buildings and/or land. We then commission reputable design procurement construction engineering companies (EPC) to build photovoltaic power generation systems. After synchronizing with Taiwan Power Company (Taipower), we sell electricity to collect long-term sales revenue, which serves as a main source of revenue.
Our installed and completed projects include agriculture-PV co-existing projects, public buildings, school buildings, and private manufacturing factories, all in full compliance with the government PV policies of Taiwan.
In the overseas market, the Energy Division customizes photovoltaic power generation systems to meet the specific needs of our customers. POCS combines Taiwanese or local EPCs to design the integration of PV systems and other types of power generation systems, as well as energy storage equipment to meet a variety of needs. Through the integration of power systems, we are able to achieve long-term rental revenues.
