POCS has two tank terminals at the West Wharf, Port of Taichung, Taichung, Taiwan.

The West Wharf of Port of Taichung is designated as a Petrochemical Specialized Zone. Situated on the west coast of central Taiwan, the Port of Taichung functions as a transport node that links northern and southern Taiwan. It is expected to be the busiest port in Taiwan in the next decade.

The Port of Taichung has the best location in East Asia. It does not only link north from the ports in Japan and Korea, but it also links south to the ASEAN countries. Additionally, it is the port with the shortest distance to southeastern China.
