- training courses for all level of learners
POCS organizes a set of specialty training courses for all level of learners. Line manager and senior staff are responsible for coaching new employees to learn basic operation skills. Furthermore, they can gain professional knowledge and increase their specialty skills. In addition, they can obtain professional licenses and certifications.
- Language
POCS provides free English Language Learning courses to encourage our employees to continue in improving their language skills. We will offer other language courses if needed.
