The Head of Corporate Governance Department
On March 24, 2021, the Board of Directors approved the establishment of the Department of Corporate Governance, and Ms. Mingjuan Li, CFO, being the head of the Department.
The duties and responsibilities of the head of Department of Corporate Governance are to handle matters in respect of meetings of the board of directors and shareholders' meetings according to laws, prepare minutes of such meetings, assist directors in their appointment and continuing on-the-job training, provide information necessary for directors to perform their duties, and assist directors in complying with laws and regulations.
